
Ingridents:
- 1 beated egg
- 1/4 cup fresh parmesan
- Garlic powder
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Raos marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 pieces of chicken breasts *picture shown above is one huge pieces of chicken which is basically two
- Heat oven to 375 degrees
- Flatten out chicken with a mallet
- Dip chicken in parmesan, then egg, then almond flour
- Place olive oil in frying pan and fry the chicken on each side until golden brown (2-3 minutes per side)
- Place chicken in oven safe pan, place marinara on chicken and top with mozzarella cheese
- Cook for 35 minutes
