Ingredients
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella2 tbsp cream cheese
3/4 cup almond flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1 large egg
1 tbsp olive oil
2.5 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp melted butter
crushed rosemary
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Crust:
- Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together for 90 seconds
- In a separate bowl mix together almond flour, baking flour, yeast, and salt
- Add dry mixture to the cheese mixture and 1 egg - mix well. (dough will be sticky).
- Transfer dough to greased pie pan
- Press olive oil gently into dough
- Melt butter and add garlic - mix well - pour mixture evenly over dough
- Sprinkle rosemary to liking
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown
